Teaching students about Seeing Eye® dogs

The Seeing Eye has videos, lesson plans, and activity sheets about:

  • How puppies become Seeing Eye® dogs
  • How people who are blind are taught to handle and care for the dogs
  • How a guide dog team can safely and independently travel anywhere in the world
  • How to behave around guide dogs and how to be an ally for guide dog teams and people who are blind
  • The science behind Seeing Eye partnerships
