Jill Wang is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, and a lead member of the Consumer Retail practice specializing in multi-year transformation across the grocery and food value chain. Since joining BCG in 2013, Jill has partnered with clients on several successful large-scale Fresh-focused transformations, with particular depth in produce, meat, and all grocery categories. Her expertise spans CVP design, store format strategy, fresh assortment, pricing and value communication, and supplier management across multiple channels leveraging analytics to drive decisions. Jill has worked extensively to help grocers improve freshness perception, reduce shrink, and elevate in-store experience—ensuring both customer impact and sustained financial results. Jill graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, and from Columbia Business School as a Feldberg Fellow (full tuition award). She worked at five different internships during her time at CBS, including management at two retail start-ups, investment associate in PE and VC, and a Product Manager in Retail Technology at Amazon.
