Jill Wang is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she advises senior executives on growth strategy, go-to-market transformation, and enterprise-wide performance improvement. Since joining BCG in 2013, she has led large-scale transformations across industries, helping organizations accelerate growth, strengthen competitive positioning, and translate strategy into lasting results.
Jill has deep experience in consumer and retail, and her work spans commercial strategy, customer value proposition, pricing, AI-enabled transformation, and operating model redesign. She is known for combining rigorous analytics with a practical, execution-focused approach.
Jill graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her MBA from Columbia Business School as a Feldberg Fellow, a full-tuition merit scholarship recipient. Outside of work, she enjoys running, strength training, exploring great food with her family, and keeping up with her energetic dog Rosie and her son.
