As Director of Facilities Management, Teri Rivera oversees all facilities operations for The Seeing Eye’s Morristown and Chester campuses, including the management of buildings, grounds, food service, and housekeeping. She ensures that all environments operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably in support of the organization’s mission. With over 15 years of experience leading multi-site operations and capital projects, Teri previously served as Director of Facilities Operations for the ASPCA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Project Management from Colorado Technical University, an associate’s degree in Facilities Management from the Technical Career Institute, and professional credentials as both a Facilities Management Professional (FMP) and a Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) through IFMA.
