Visiting Our Locations
The Seeing Eye has three locations in New Jersey:
- Washington Valley Campus: Located in Morris Twp, this is our 62-acre main campus where you will find our staff offices, kennels, meeting spaces and residence hall where our students live while training with their new dogs. For the safety and privacy of our students, the campus is not open to the public. Pre-scheduled public programs are offered three times per month.
- Downtown Morristown Training Center: Just steps off The Green, in the heart of Morristown, this is where our instructors bring dogs and students for daily training. This location is close to visitors except for occasional Walk and Learns which are ticketed events.
- The breeding center in Chester, N.J.: Our breeding dogs and newborn puppies are housed in a separate location about 25 minutes from the main campus. This location is currently closed to visitors.
Below you can find more information about how you can sign up to attend a public program at the Washington Valley Campus, or a Walk and Learn in Downtown Morristown.
The Seeing Eye's locations are not open to the public, but guests may join one of three pre-scheduled educational programs held each month.

Downtown Morristown Walk & Learns: Walk with a Seeing Eye graduate and learn how their dog safely guides them. This is limited series of programs offered in the spring and fall for a $25 donation per person. Seating is limited to 25 individuals. Appropriate for ages 12 and up. Program includes 1-mile of walking and is offered on select weekday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Pre-registration is required.

Directions to Main Campus
1 Seeing Eye Way, Morristown, NJ 07960
The Seeing Eye has a 62-acre campus in the Washington Valley section of Morris Township. The entrance is flanked by two brick columns with large brass plaques bearing our name and address.
Important note: When using navigation apps, please type in The Seeing Eye. Most will bring you to our location at the corner of Washington Valley Road and Mendham Road (also known as Old Route 24 or Route 124) in Morris Township, but some apps will direct you to Searing Avenue rather than Seeing Eye Way. If you arrive at the Morris County Department of Weights and Measures, you are on Searing Way. Head northeast on Western Avenue and turn left on Washington Street, which turns into Mendham Road. Make a right turn onto Washington Valley Road after about a mile and a half and then a right-hand turn into our driveway.
Our former address was 10 Washington Valley Rd and not all mapping services have updated to the new address. Please note there are two addresses on Washington Valley Road with the #10 street address. They are far apart! If you are in the vicinity of Mendham Township Middle School, you are at the wrong end of Washington Valley Road. Head east for about 2.8 miles on Washington Valley Road and the entrance to The Seeing Eye will be on your left.
Please check your directions/GPS before you come to see if you are being directed to our location near the corner of Washington Valley Road and Mendham Road.
