Joe Shiarappa of Hackettstown, NJ, joined The Seeing Eye as Director of Human Resources in August 2022 with nearly 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining The Seeing Eye, he served as Director of Human Resources for the New Jersey Schools Development Authority. He also has been the Director of Human Resources for Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Princeton, New Jersey, and for The Lawrenceville School. Previously, Shiarappa was Market Human Resources Manager for Walmart Stores, Inc., and Manager of Employment for the Raritan Bay Medical Center.
He holds a Professional In Human Resources (PHR) certification and has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
