Medication Requests

It is important that your puppy receives their preventatives each month. Please be sure to keep track of how many doses of medication you have left for your puppy- order at least two months in advance of needing medication. Please utilize the below form to request medication for your puppy. Remember that a current weight must be given at the time of request for medications to be mailed.

All dogs that are on campus receive their monthly preventative medication on the 1st of each month.  We would like you to also have your dog on a first of the month schedule. In order to do this, you will need to look at the date on the medical card.  Please give your dog their medication as stated on the medical card the first time that you give it to them.  Then each month, you can back up the date by 2 days so that eventually you will end up giving your puppy their meds on the first of the month.   If you have any questions, please be sure to contact your Area Coordinator.

Prior to requesting more medication, please be sure to use any smaller doses that you have left.  It is safe to double up the smaller doses for dogs that are over 50.1 lbs.  So, for example, if you have 5 doses of the medication for dogs that are under 50.1 lbs, you can use 4 doses to get you through 2 months before you need to request more medication. If you have any questions, please contact your Area Coordinator.

Please note that we are no longer sending Tri-Heart to families. All dogs will be getting Interceptor now.
