“Our group is like a family. When one raiser needs support, we are all there for them physically and emotionally. Each raiser helps each other and praises one another for achievements and milestones,” explained Larie, club leader of The Seeing Eye’s Carroll County, Maryland puppy club, which has existed for twenty-one years and has raised over 125 puppies!
Outings like trips to South Hanover Lanes help the puppies being raised by club members be exposed to an environment with different textured floors, loud sounds, and new people. It’s a great training opportunity.
