Susan is the co-founder of the Willowwood Group at Morgan Stanley where, prior to her retirement, she served as an Executive Director. Susan specialized in finding creative and customized planning and investment solutions to the challenges that are unique to multigenerational families. Susan transitioned her team in 2009 to Morgan Stanley following her 15-year career at Merrill Lynch. Prior to her wealth management days, Susan had managed a family business, restructuring its financing and preparing it for an eventual sale to a large competitor. Her previous experience was in corporate and strategic planning for International Paper and General Foods Corporation. Susan earned a B.A. degree in economics from College of the Holy Cross and an MBA degree in finance from New York University.
Susan continues her relationship with Holy Cross as a longtime member of The President’s Council. Prior to joining The Seeing Eye Board, Susan volunteered her time on the Woman’s Association at The Seeing Eye.
She and her husband, Greg, have two adult married sons, a grandson, Rafa, and a yellow Labrador retriever, Kendall. They love to spend time with family and friends at their home in Maine.
