Michael W. Ranger served on The Seeing Eye’s Board of Trustees from 2002 through 2013, including as Chairman of the Board from 2005 through 2009, and was named an honorary trustee in December 2016. He is a director at Covanta and co-founder and senior managing director of Diamond Castle Holdings, LLC, a private equity investment firm. Prior to that, he was co-chairman of DLJ Global Energy Partners; he previously was head of the Domestic Power Group at Credit-Suisse First Boston, group head of Global Energy & Power at DLJ, a senior vice president in the Energy & Utility Group at Drexel Burnham Lambert, and was a member of the Utility Banking Group at Bankers Trust. He is a trustee emeritus at St. Lawrence University and is a member of the board of Morristown-Beard School. He holds a B.A. from St. Lawrence University.
