Peggi Howard was named President & CEO on September 15, 2022, and was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2009. She holds a B.A. from Kenyon College, an M.S.W. from Rutgers University and a D.Lit. from Drew University. Howard was the Vice President of Administration and University Relations at Drew University. Howard also served as New Jersey Governor Thomas H. Kean’s Deputy Chief of Staff and Cabinet Secretary from 1984 to 1990. She lives in Whitehouse Station, N.J., with her husband. They have three adult children.
