Cathy Kiernan is Vice President, Associate General Counsel, at Hackensack Meridian Health, Inc.
Ms. Kiernan holds a B.A. in English from Montclair State University and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was also an associate editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. She is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining Seton Hall, Ms. Kiernan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frederick C. Kentz, III, New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, and was also in private practice for several years at Whipple, Ross & Hirsch. She is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, as well as the New Jersey State Bar Association, where she serves as Vice Chair of the Higher Education Committee. Cathy resides in Manasquan, N.J., with her husband Bill, daughter Elizabeth, and goldendoodles, Chessa and Hazel.
