Deb Hughes has spent more than 30 years in field and enterprise-wide HR roles at ADP. She currently serves as SVP, Transformation Communications and Change Management & HR for Enterprise-Wide Functions and COO-Business Support, responsible for providing HR support to the Chief Administrative Office, Finance, HR, Strategy, OneADP locations and Strategic Enablement and Strategic Operations teams as well as coordinating internal communication efforts and global change leadership work.
Deb earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Communications from Rutgers University and her Senior Professional in HR Certification in 2003. She is a Qualified Practitioner in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator training and is also a board member of the P.G. Chambers School.
